Electrical Maintenance Engineer City of London £43,000 - £48,000 This is a great role for a maintenance engineer or a commercial installation engineer who is looking to find a new role within the building services sector. You will be joining one of the lead building services providers who are notorious for upskilling there engineers and giving them the opportunity to find internal growth within a business. This is a static role which is Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm and 1pm - 10pm). As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, actively fault find, liaise with subcontractors, respond to client needs, ensure all site log books are regularly updated and carry out general building maintenance. The successful candidate for this role will have qualifications in Electrical Installations / Engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), have at least 5 years experience in commercial maintenance and respond positively with the client on site. Job Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Completing logbooks and RAMS Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
