* Working Pattern/Flexible Working - We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. Please note, this can include occasional early morning or evening working, for example to deploy changes outside of working hours.
* Location - The People Ecosystem team do not currently have a set expectation of office attendance, and instead work on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings or for personal preference, but again, are flexible on this. The role could also be based at either our Bracknell campus or London Central Offices based on your preference.
* Salary range - £47,700 - £71,800
* Contract type - This is a permanent position.

About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce user to join our People Ecosystem team. As a CRM Configuration Analyst, you will have an important part in delivering the Salesforce Service Cloud (GCM) capability for the Partnership in response to our operational needs and strategic outcomes.
Strong experience with Salesforce is essential but a qualification is desirable and we are able to consider candidates that do not have this.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage stakeholders and consider the wider user experience impact of proposed changes.
* Ensure all changes are accurately documented and go through the appropriate internal governance and approval processes.
* Ensure all work complies with Data Protection regulations and internal risk management policies.
Essential skills you’ll need
* Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects at the same time.
* Good stakeholder management and influencing skills, and ability to connect and influence at all levels across the Partnership.
* Demonstrable evidence of providing comprehensive analysis and insight which have identified issues and opportunities that have added value to a business.
* Demonstrable experience in framing issues, conclusions and recommendations to enable quick decision-making.
* The ability to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Desirable skills you could bring
* Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM201) (or equivalent).
* Evidence of working across various technical/IT teams to design and develop solutions for business implementation.
* Knowledge of people processes and the HR lifecycle.
