With your Team Teach training, you will play a key role in managing and de-escalating challenging situations to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and school staff, assisting in lessons and structured activities to help pupils stay engaged and reach their potential. Your patience, resilience, and ability to connect with young people will be invaluable in creating positive outcomes. Requirements: A current Team Teach qualification (essential). Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs or other diagnoses associated with challenging behaviour (preferred). A proactive and resilient approach to supporting young people. While having your own transport is beneficial, it is not essential.
