Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will provide lead generation and sales analysis information for the Sales Department.
VISION
This role is to primarily make introductory appointments for the Business Development Managers to new and existing customers where applicable. The role will also include market research companies and target the right persons, entering and updating information within the company CRM system in a coherent manner and generating associated administration and sales communications. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager on the generation of sales campaigns specifically focused on sectors and/or services.

PROCEDURE
* Web-based market research utilizing social media, trade press, and company websites to extract company and contact information.
* Complete Market Sector and Company Analysis to ensure business types meet with Sales Strategy and Targets.
* Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Business Development Managers on Client/Sector Specific Analysis/Research.
* Enter and update information within the company CRM system in a coherent manner.
* Cold calls and general outbound calls to prospects to gather intel and secure appointments for the Business Development Managers.
* Report effectively on personal productivity at the weekly sales meeting.
* Meet set targets based on data input, volume of calls made, and appointments secured.
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word, along with a good understanding of social media applications such as LinkedIn.
The Lead Generator & Sales Analyst should be keen to achieve, self-motivated, and work effectively within a sales team environment.
SALARY SCALE
* Competitive – depending on experience
