The role Provide advice and support to applicants, employees and managers on HR queries and enquiries. Represent HR at departmental meetings advising on queries and scheduling HR activities for that department. Undertake projects gathering relevant information, preparing reports and making recommendations to improve service delivery. Prepare Occupational Health referrals. Write and review job adverts, job descriptions and personnel specifications as required. Produce job offers and contracts of employment. Input daily recordings of sickness and absence. Manage HR inbox. Conduct exit interviews. Process invoices for payment. Produce reports.
