SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Brentford, West London (This is an Office Based role)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Logistics Administration Assistant & Coordinator who has excellent time-management, organisational, administrative and written and verbal communication skills.
Working as the Administrator / Logistics Administration Assistant & Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of Field Engineers, booking/scheduling their daily site visits, liaising with customers, updating clients, as well as the daily operations in the Office and Warehouse.
As the Administrator / Logistics Administration Assistant & Coordinator, you will be required to work towards and meet daily productivity targets, action and follow tasks raised and set in meetings. This is a role with great responsibility and for the right candidate; a chance to work in an established company within the Healthcare sector.

DUTIES
1. Monitor and deal with emails
2. Project updates
3. Take phone calls (secondary contact)
4. General office duties and other requests by management
5. Update Training matrix for previous day’s jobs
6. Communications hub between Engineering Teams and Ordering and Quotes Departments
7. Book and schedule Engineers for site visits
8. Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
9. Manage schedule of repairs, installations and Planned Preventative Maintenance
10. Monitor and manage our fleet of vehicles in terms of MOT, general repairs and maintenance, Road Tax
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
2. Must be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365 (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
3. Be punctual with excellent time-management skills
4. Ability to prioritise
5. Ability to work as a member of a team and individually with equal efficiency
6. Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
