This role will act as the primary finance liaison for one of City FM's key external clients, providing strategic financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the partnership.
The position includes senior stakeholder management across all departments and functions, both internally and externally.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the client's finance and operational teams, acting as the key point of contact for all finance-related queries.
Presentation of weekly and monthly financial performance and KPIs at internal and client facing meetings.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support the client's strategic objectives and operational decisions.
Analyse and present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and increase value to the business.
Work closely with the Finance Director and Financial Controller to ensure all department targets are achieved.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to prepare accurate and insightful budgets and forecasts.
Deal with ad hoc customer requests within required deadlines.
Financial Responsibilities:
Preparation of accurate financial and management reporting.
People Responsibilities:
Supervision and guidance to junior members of the Finance Team.
Ideally Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or CA), consideration given to QBE.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
Experience of working within a client driven environment and the ability to understand and deliver the business requirements of our clients.
Confidence and strong interpersonal skills, especially when interfacing with senior management, internal/external stakeholders or customers.
Self-motivated and capable of developing the role over time.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Powerpoint, and PowerBI experience preferential.
Flexible approach to working hours in line with the needs of the business and happy to travel to other UK locations as required.
