Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN), John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9DU The role holder will be responsible for research administration and coordination between Tim Behrens’ labs at Oxford and University College London, including working closely with administrative support teams at both universities to facilitate research funding, policy application and internal communications. Some of your responsibilities will include managing the collaboration between Oxford and UCL, including liaising with administrators at UCL and preparing grant applications, including preparing budgets, and support with writing, in particular applicable elements of research culture, ethical and budgetary policies. It is essential that you are educated to PhD/DPhil level, have experience of research grant preparation and management and experience of administration in Higher Education Institution. It is desirable that you have experience of working in a neuroscience research environment and experience of working with Worktribe. The post is part time at 0.3 FTE, for a fixed term until 28th February 2026 in the first instance.
