As the Head of Continuous Improvement you will be an inspiring and influential leader who through your management of the continuous improvement team, will identify performance trends, business risks and the required improvements to our people, systems, and processes to ensure business targets and objectives are achieved.
Develop and maintain Network Operations approach to structuredcontinuous improvement and on time delivery. Inspire others to deliver our NRC commitments and work with key stakeholders in all our regions and other control centres, to identify and then address process, service delivery or performance concerns, then effectively communicate and implement this change.
Utilise your projectmanagement team to identify then deliver new, improved, or key systems within the control room environment to time, scope, and budget, whilst minimising any risks or operational impact.
Provide leadership anddevelopment around standards, competence, and ongoing enhancements to our skills framework. Ensure our training and competence management systems are robust, up to date and supporting the delivery of these business objectives. Your team will be able to identify and create brilliant training and development programmes to inspire operational excellence and expand the leadership potential within Network Operations.
Youwill align both our current and future business needs to deliver the required skills framework, to ensure training, succession, and future talent attraction to the Network Operations team.
