About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our team at our Birkenhead clinic. This is a part-time fixed term role (16 hours per week), working Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility on days. If you have a passion for client service and enjoy a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Genuine passion and experience in providing excellent customer service
* The ability to multitask
* Strong attention to detail
* Sound computer skills
* Well-developed problem-solving skills
* A positive, friendly personality
