Job Introduction
Who are we and what do we do?
The BBC Proms is the largest classical music festival in the world presenting eight weeks of world-class performances from a vast array of renowned orchestras, conductors and soloists from the UK and around the world over the summer. The festival comprises over 80 performances at the Royal Albert Hall and other venues around the UK. Nearly everything we do is broadcast across BBC Radio, TV and online. We are a creative, innovative festival that connects with audiences around the UK and across the globe.
You would be part of a vibrant team that looks after Live Events, Communications, Marketing, Learning, Publications, and Business. You will build skills as part of the Accreditation team and get direct experience of working alongside and supporting the teams delivering this exciting festival, gaining an insight to the inner workings of this extraordinary production.
In any single week at the BBC Proms you could be working on outstanding concerts with the BBC's own Orchestras and Choirs, a Disco Prom, a CBeebies Prom, a London Symphony Orchestra Prom or a Chineke! Prom.
The 2025 BBC Proms season will run from Friday 18 July – Saturday 13 September.

You will generally be based at the Royal Albert Hall but there may be some days required at a London BBC venue e.g. London Broadcasting House or BBC Maida Vale Studios for training etc.
