Community Manager - Coworking Office Spaces
Full Time - Monday-Friday

Role Overview:
The role of Community Manager is an exciting and varied role that covers all aspects of running the location. You will be a rapport builder extraordinaire and smiley solution bringer to every problem while building a community through events, initiatives and ongoing engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Knowledgeable and experienced within MedTech, BioTech or Healthcare, able to speak the language and understand the needs of businesses and organisations within these industries.
2. Experienced in customer service and engagement.
3. Experienced in events management - able to put on tailored and specific MedTech events (monthly or quarterly) that will engage high participation from industry pros.
4. Experienced in online CRM systems.
Your Focus:
You will have the ability to actively drive community engagement within your location whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, build meaningful working relationships and create a seamless member experience.
Member Engagement & Retention:
1. Manage the front desk, delivering a positive member experience to all members and guests.
2. Manage the front desk inbox, responding to all incoming queries regarding your location.
3. Be the go-to person in your location for all front desk and meeting room queries, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
4. Assist with the move in and move out process for all new members.
Sales and Marketing:
1. Conduct coworking and day pass tours, following the complete sales process when needed.
2. Update and complete sales CRM as required.
3. Work closely with the Community Managers, assisting in the deliverance of community events.
4. Create and deliver weekly CM member newsletter.
5. Work collaboratively with marketing when required.
Location Operations & Facilities Management:
1. Maintaining ongoing communication with operation & maintenance teams to ensure that processes are running smoothly.
2. Report any facilities or operational issues to the relevant department.
3. Carry out regular building walks to ensure Spacemade operating standards are maintained.
Skills & Knowledge:
1. Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
2. A background in MedTech, BioTech or Healthcare industries.
3. Events coordination.
4. Previous hospitality, sales or retail sales experience.
5. Great organisational skills.
6. Highly motivated individual who is happy to work in a distributed team.
7. Start-up experience is advantageous.
