Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board are in the process of delivering an ambitious People Strategy alongside partners and stakeholders within the wider Integrated Care System.

2. Cultivate a new generation of staff across health and social care within our own area and significantly increase the number of people considering careers in the health and social care sectors.
About us
We want to attract the best and brightest people to work with us and that means we will look after you from the moment you apply for a role at the Trust and throughout your career with us.
