About Ravenshall School: Ravenshall School is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Educational Teaching Assistants to work in our “Exceptional School” (Ofsted, 2024). Our outstanding special school caters for pupils aged 4 – 19 who have learning difficulties and a wide range of complex needs.
We provide a broad, balanced, personalised and fully engaging curriculum which enables each child to develop emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually to achieve their full potential through a wide range of learning opportunities. Our pupils are enthusiastic and love coming to school. They expect a lot from the adults that work with them!
Role Overview: The successful candidate will have a passion for Special Educational Needs which you will be able to develop further as you work within our strong team of support staff. Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, previous candidates have gone on to take up full-time employment within our school setting. The experiences and learning during the course have afforded the chance for others to further develop their careers within the wider education sector.
