Location: South West (Flexible Office Locations)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Working Arrangement: Office-based with some remote working flexibility

Role Overview
This role involves managing a wide-ranging caseload of general litigation matters under the guidance of experienced directors. Cases may include:
* Property disputes (easements, covenants, boundary issues)
* Commercial and construction disputes
* Contentious trusts and probate
* Landlord and tenant disputes
You will also have opportunities to specialise further within the department over time.
Requirements:
* 1–5 years’ PQE in litigation
* Experience in County and/or High Court litigation
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and client-centric approach
