On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Receptionist to work for them on a full-time, permanent basis to be based in Exeter central.
This is a great entry level position for those wishing to gain experience in a professional environment or for those who have office experience and want a more varied role with room to progress.
You will be the first point of contact for all new clients, creating a welcoming and efficient client journey for new enquiries and existing clients.
Using the firm’s ‘enquiry process’, you will process new business enquiries generated via telephone, email, and the live chat feature on the website. Triaging and signposting enquiries to the correct team, you will also liaise with the fee earners, support staff and clients. There will also be some administrative duties and supporting the reception team where needed. This is a dynamic role with a lot of opportunity to excel.
Skills and Experience Required:
* You will be professional, warm, and polite.
* A skilled communicator, passionate about delivering outstanding client care as well as an efficient administrator with a keen eye for detail.
* You should be able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team and have good problem-solving skills.
* Your telephone skills will be professional and reflect the values of the firm ensuring that every client has the best possible experience from their first point of contact.
* Some experience of how a professional services firm works would be an advantage.
