We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, putting customers first: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal: keep shelves stocked, verify prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
