NHS North West London ICB have identified an exciting opportunity for a part time permanent Invoice Administrator position within the Continuing Healthcare Team, based across the North West London area.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Invoicing Team for processing invoices and making payments in relation to NHS funded healthcare placements, as well as operating and maintaining the Database used to record this information. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual who has good communication and organisational skills to work as part of a dynamic clinical and administrative team delivering effective Specialist Assessments and Placements service for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
Successful candidates will need to be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people including care providers, patients and their families, hospital discharge co-ordinators and professional and social care staff. The suitable person must be highly professional, approachable and committed to providing an excellent service for patients and their families. Excellent interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner are essential. Successful candidates must be very confident and competent with IT, and capable to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise work.

Qualifications
1. Good level of education GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
2. NVQ LEVEL 3 or equivalent
Knowledge training and experience
1. Evidence of Continual Professional Development
2. Experience of working in a Finance department, Invoice scrutiny, payment and credit processing
3. Administration and clerical
4. Proven experience of prioritising workload and working to deadlines
5. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
