The role
The Client Experience team are looking for aconfident Performance Manager with strong Account Management skills to managethe day to day running of their long-standing clients’ accounts. You will bethe main point of contact for the client and will be responsible for managingthe daily activity and strategic development of our clients, from taking thebrief, developing the media strategy, and working with the internal specialistteams to provide the right solutions to meet your client’s objectives. You’ll alsocome in and lead meetings, acting as the company representative and makedecisions. You’ll have autonomy, independence and act with authority, whilstalso getting support from senior managers. You’ll be confident, enjoy offeringsolutions and building trust.
Client Experience team summary
TheClient Experience team sits at the heart of the agency and acts as the mainpoint of contact for our clients, working closely with the clients to help themdeliver against their marketing objectives. The team are responsible for takingthe clients briefs and establishing the right strategy and products to deliverwhat they need. The role largely centres around application of omnichannelmedia planning and buying, and other capabilities that the agency offers,including data strategy, technology, performance creative and training.
Overall,our team are responsible for maintaining that relationship and ensuring thatSpace & Time continue to provide best in class service
Key duties
·Takesresponsibility for the client services team and agency output, and canidentify, recommend and implement improvements to processes and / or ways ofworking to enhance client relationships
·Confidentlymanages client budgets and creates deals
·Mentoringjunior client services team members
·Managing“always on” activities, setting up new campaigns, and optimizations
·Liaisingwith our specialist teams, tracking and reporting as well as providing insighton market analysis and both media and creative performance
·Attendingregular client-facing meetings and presenting
·Captures and relaysinformation/ actions clearly and promptly. Maintains strong relationships withclients, colleagues and suppliers
·Supporting new businessgrowth and contributes to the agency's growth and success
·Supporting Senior teammembers to develop strategies for clients
·Proactively looks for newsolutions and ideas for clients
·Comprehensive level of mediaknowledge
·Demonstrates an understandingof industry trends and tactics for media planning and buying
·Regional travel to meetings20% of the role
