Qualifications and Requirements:
Required:
* Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong classroom support skills and the ability to lead lessons confidently.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
* A clear understanding of inclusive education practises.
Preferred:
* Additional qualifications in education or child development are a bonus.
