I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a social housing provider in the Hertfordshire region. The Contracts manager will be responsible for managing high-risk strategic contracts in relation to responsive maintenance. This is a hybrid role, with office presence required 1/2 times per week. Contracts Manager responsibilities: Manage high-value, high risk strategic contracts, collaborating with operational teams and the wider to ensure a cohesive approach to contract delivery. Ensure contracts contribute fully to the corporate agenda and works collaboratively to achieve cross cutting objectives and key priorities. Ensure contracts are executed and administered in accordance with contract provisions, including the issue of relevant notices and implementation of corrective actions as necessary.
