* Have proven family law mediation experience.
* Have commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market.

* Have excellent communication both in writing and verbally, so you can connect and communicate at all levels within the Firm and with our clients.
* Have a strong sense of professional responsibility and accountability.
* Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word and the ability to work in a paperless environment.
* Have a great sense of humour and enjoy working in family law.
* Be well organised and skilled at prioritising tasks.

* Be able to uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service.
* Be empathic and understanding.
