Join a team of experts and progressive thinkers We are looking for an experienced, customer focused receptionist to work on our front desk. In this role, you will be working within the Business Support Services Team, who provide excellent administrative support to our lawyers. You'll be based on the reception desk in our Bristol office, and will greet clients and visitors, answer the phone and prepare meeting rooms, as well as providing support to your team with administrative tasks, to help our lawyers. The role Greeting clients, visitors, contractors and staff in line with Bevan Brittan standards Answering phones in a prompt and professional manner, routing calls as necessary to the relevant person Managing meeting room bookings in both internal client rooms and external venues Ensuring meeting rooms are cleared and ready for the next meeting Managing train ticket and taxi requests Providing support to the facilities team Supporting administrative tasks, including conflict searching and matter opening Compiling electronic bundles for court and experts General office administrative duties including copying, scanning etc. What we are looking for from you The ideal applicant will possess the following skills: Quality and customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Ideally, this would be within a professional services environment Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible.
