Education, Qualification and Training
Essential criteria
1. NVQ Level 3 in care, or equivalent qualification or level of experience
2. Willingness to undertake Continuing Personal Development
3. Willingness to complete relevant physical health checks and interventions training
Experience
Essential criteria
4. Experience of working with clients, the public or both
Desirable criteria
5. Experience of mental health (as worker, carer or own experience)
6. Experience of working in physical health care settings
Knowledge
Desirable criteria
7. Knowledge of physical/mental health conditions and/or the NHS Long Term Plan for health inequalities
Skills
Essential criteria
8. I.T and care record/data entry skills
Desirable criteria
9. Existing skills in physical health i.e. phlebotomy or promoting health change i.e. motivational interviewing or coaching (formal or non-formal)
