About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead on end-to-end recruitment coordination for partner level hires globally. Responsibilities include:
* Interview coordination and taking feedback
* Coordinating onboarding both locally and internationally
* Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external agencies
* Acting as first point of contact with senior candidates
* Keeping systems up to date
* Market mapping
* Process invoices
* Collate data to analyse for diversity, equality and inclusion
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a professional services environment, preferably with exposure to Partners. Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is ideal and excellent interpersonal skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to manage administration and work in a fast paced environment.
