About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Key Account Management activities. Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to our valued customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal departments. Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and reports. Preparing KPI packs for customer reviews and ensuring SLAs are met. Collaborating effectively with warehouse teams to ensure smooth communication. Continuously developing your skills through ongoing training. Representing Uniserve professionally at all times. About You: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Minimum 1 year of experience within a fast-paced logistics environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and a comfortable demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to adapt to changing situations and effectively solve problems. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
