Main Duties: Manage daily cashflow movements and ensure accurate recording. Process weekly and ad-hoc payments, including foreign currency payments. Reconcile Lloyds Arena transactions to the accounting system. Set up new supplier accounts and verify supplier bank details. Maintain supplier accounts and handle related queries via phone and email. Process Expenses Handle relief charges, weekly salary/wage adjustments, and monthly supplier discounts. Scan invoices and assist with ad hoc duties and general administration as required. Key Measures of Performance: Effective cooperation with all staff members to support the role's responsibilities. Successful completion of job duties, ensuring high-quality execution of financial tasks. Personal Standards: Strong communication skills, able to share past experience and offer guidance when necessary.
