Main duties of the job The successful applicant will be working closely with Clinical Nurse Specialist - Nutrition Team. They will be responsible for supporting this Specialist Nursing Team with all aspects of administrative co-ordination, including typing of clinical letters, audit data input, ordering stock/supplies, booking appointments and liaising with patients as well as the wider clinical and administrative team. The successful applicant will be able to act appropriately in a professional manner and be able to communicate sensitive / confidential information with staff, patients and relatives. The successful candidate will be based at Heartlands Hospital however may be required to occasionally work across sites.
