Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

At Estelle we are seeking a Membership Administrator, who will support our Membership team with administration and departmental financial reporting. This includes overseeing memberships financial state of play, improving financial reporting, managing outstanding payments or mischarges. You will be highly skilled with Microsoft office, supporting the day-to-day administration and meeting prospective members when relevant. Above all, you will be a collaborative and enthusiastic individual who is discrete and analytical.
Who we are looking for?
* Highly skilled in Excel for data entry and reporting; highly proficient in Microsoft software.
* Ideally, previous experience with systems such as PeopleVine, Opera, and SevenRooms.
* Naturally proactive and communicative with strong time management; ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and digital communication skills - comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and member journey/ experience.
Salary for this role is up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
