The majority of our estate is located in the Home Counties, with a cluster of sites in the Midlands. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our pubs, restaurants, and hotels remain in excellent condition. Working closely with operators, site teams, and contractors, you’ll manage: Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Keeping our venues at their best. Contractor Management – Ensuring smooth, high-quality work. Health & Safety Compliance – Promoting a safe and compliant estate. Sustainability Initiatives – Driving environmental best practices. You’re a systematic, organised, and self-motivated professional with solid knowledge of property and building systems. Ideally, you have experience in: Building Surveying, Trades, or Building Management Facilities or Maintenance Management within the commercial sector Handling multiple projects while keeping to budgets and deadlines Health & Safety, Fire, and Statutory Compliance Driving improvements and sustainability initiatives A full driving license is essential.
