Kei a koe te mana I Make the right choice
* This position is to accurately and efficiently ensure all materials are in the right place at the right time. This includes the purchase of raw materials, managing outsourced manufacturing, transfer of materials between sites, purchasing factory consumables, office supplies and engineering materials to meet the needs of Kiwicare Corporation Limited.
* This position is responsible for:
o Accurate, timely delivery of raw materials to meet the factory production plan
o Working with freight providers to manage incoming freight
o Driving efficiency through the supply chain through effective order management
o Maintaining and reviewing purchasing and ERP system data, to ensure optimal inventory levels
The successful candidate will have skills and experience similar to what is listed below:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven expertise in international logistics, including cross-border shipments, customs, and global supplier coordination.
* Strong proficiency in ERP systems (including MRP and inventory management tools) to optimize stock levels and streamline operations.
* Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
