With 100% growth in 2023 the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2024 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.

About the role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our expert social design team.
The job
Every role at Coolr plays a vital part in the work we do. Here are some of the key areas of responsibility for this role:
1. Responsible for conceptualising, creating, and designing social first imagery and video content for social platforms
2. Experienced in graphic design, illustration, video editing, animation, mock ups, artworking, and deck design
3. Have thorough and up to date knowledge and a keen interest of industry trends.
4. An expert in knowing what ‘great’ looks like and have worked in a social first agency delivering best-in-class creative assets for clients
5. Responsible for delivering creative design work for our clients, as well as for Coolr’s own social channels and marketing activities
6. Experienced working with external brand guidelines to ensure client assets meet set requirements
7. Able to work closely and collaboratively with Client Services teams to deliver high quality output on time
8. Working closely with copywriters, strategists, and social creatives to understand the concept and then bring it to life in a way that elevates the idea and exceeds expectations.
9. Pushing clients into making braver, more interesting design decisions.
10. Comfortable presenting your own work both internally and directly to clients with a strong design rationale for why your work is the way it is
11. A stickler for detail, and will live and breathe their craft
