Work Model:
This position is based out of our London office. The role requires working either at client premises, from home, or at FPC premises. It may also require international travel and working across time zones where necessary for project delivery.
About the Role:
FPC Global is a leading provider of innovative business solutions and project execution services, operating under three key pillars: FPC Global, FPC Digital, and FPC Life Sciences.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide related consultancy and project management expertise in the field of Digital Building technologies, applications, process, standards for FPC and our Clients
The role will be responsible for delivering projects and services to FPC’s clients in order to successfully fulfil the Scope of Work (SoW), together with any other relevant client-side documents such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), policies, standards, and processes.
What are the Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Program Delivery and Project Management for clients in accordance with the Proposal, Scope on time and budget as per Client requirements
* Leading a team of Technical Project Coordinators, SMEs and /or Digital Building consultants
* Work proactively with Clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver project requirements and business objectives
* Services and Solutions Delivery on Digital Building systems integration, technologies, initiatives and solutions,
* Identify potential business development opportunities for the FPC business
* Maintain industry expertise, knowledge, trends, developments and initiatives
Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years project management experience, in IoT Solutions, Systems Integration, and related technologies
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven track record in IoT-related roles e.g. Project Manager, Technical, Designer, or Engineer
* Effective Stakeholder Management and communication skills
* Experience and or qualification in RIBA Stages of Work or international equivalents
* Technical expertise in Digital Buildings Systems Integration design, development and implementation
