Summary:
The primary focus for this internship will be a digitization project, database maintenance, and daily office support of the President’s Office. This internship will offer significant learning opportunities by getting to know colleagues throughout the institution in New York and globally and mentoring opportunities with senior leadership (either on zoom or in-person).
Responsibilities:
* Digitization of institutional records (reviewing hard copies of documents, scanning, saving and organizing electronic documents).
* After digitization is complete, updating information in the database, as needed.
* Research, writing and maintaining database and Excel files.
* Performing additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Some experience with Excel/databases
* Interest in learning and understanding Asia, by supporting the Asia Society’s mission.
