What You’ll Do As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our professional channel — nurturing relationships, driving sales, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Your impact will include: Client Relationship Management: Be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our existing salon and spa clients. You will take a consultative approach with our salon partners to grow their business leveraging our portfolio of product and services to delight their customers. Sales Growth & Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new salon and spa accounts through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits. You’ll grow the OPI footprint with passion and purpose. Product Expertise & Education: Collaborate with your educator to lead engaging demos, training sessions, and product launches to ensure our clients are confident, inspired, and selling through. Target Achievement: Exceed revenue goals by strategically upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring clients are stocked with the latest collections, tools, and promotions. Industry Insight: Stay ahead of salon trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to bring fresh thinking and recommendations to the table. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with education, marketing, customer service, and our distribution teams to ensure every client touchpoint is seamless. Data & Reporting: Keep accurate records in our AFS systems to track performance, analyse sales data, and spot opportunities for growth. Who You Are: Experienced in B2B sales or account management — ideally within the professional beauty industry (bonus points for nail care or salon background) Deeply knowledgeable about the salon and spa business, including its challenges, rhythms, and opportunities A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with a growth mindset — you love setting goals and smashing them Confident leading product education and training sessions with professionals CRM-savvy and comfortable with sales tracking/reporting tools Passionate about the beauty industry and proud to represent a bold, creative brand like OPI Why Join OPI?
