The vacancy We are looking for an experienced functional consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O (Operations) to help Bromford unlock the full potential of our ERP solutions. You'll play a critical role in shaping and supporting our D365 F&O Operations roadmap, ensuring the effective alignment of technical solutions with business strategies. You can be based form any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available. The role requires a basic DBS check. In this role, you'll be responsible for: Working collaboratively to achieve a common set of business goals, utilizing the full capabilities of D365 F&O (Operations) and its future roadmap. Assisting in the setup of new ways of working and a new operating model, establishing a sector-leading functional consulting approach. Translating Bromford's strategy and business needs into effective, packaged software solutions. Contributing to, maintaining, and communicating the D365 F&O (Operations) roadmap, adopting cutting-edge features and functionality, including AI. Leveraging Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order/Contract Management capabilities within D365 F&O (Operations) to ensure critical asset management and operational processes are optimized. Partnering with stakeholders and product owners to implement the roadmap through both continuous improvement and project-based initiatives. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment and collaboration. Evangelizing D365 F&O (Operations) solutions internally to leadership and externally to key partners. Supporting and resolving issues as part of a cross-functional support and improvement team. Mentoring less experienced team members and associates at the start of their journey. Acting as an in-house expert on the functional capabilities of D365 F&O (Operations), particularly in asset management and operational processes. Contributing to a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Maintaining professional standards, including completing mandatory certifications and personal development plans. Experience and Qualifications Mastery of D365 F&O (Operations) Proven experience in functional consulting practices. Familiarity with working at scale within Dynamics (e.g., supporting 3,500 colleagues, 80,000 properties, 200,000 customers). Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order/Contract Management processes within D365 F&O. Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders effectively. Multiple full-lifecycle D365 F&O (Operations) implementation experience. Experience working in a continuous change environment.
