Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
3. Processing incoming orders
4. Confirming prices and stock availability
5. Raising quotations when requested
6. Identify and assess Customer needs
7. Build sustainable relationships with customers
8. Provide accurate and valid information and enter into the system
9. Handle customer complaints
10. Meet customer service teams KPI's
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have some experience of Sales order processing previously, be based around the Weybridge area and be looking for permanent work. They also must-
