Overview of the job
The Partnership & Stakeholder Lead is responsible for the development of the systems capability to build senior stakeholder relationships between the NPS, CRCs, and other partnerships. The job holder will act as an adviser to Deputy Directors, helping them to target their input and find the best routes through.
Responsibilities, Activities & Duties
1. Provide key strategic insight for ministerial briefing on effecting change and engaging key stakeholders.
2. Lead NPS' work on developing a professional approach to managing networks and key stakeholders.
3. Establish new and effective partnerships for the NPS.
4. Develop a relationship management approach for the NPS.
5. Experiment with new relationship management ideas and processes.
6. Coordinate NPS' input into cross-Whitehall processes and systems.
Implementing associated change management
1. Plan and design the change required to make partnerships with delivery partners effective.
2. Coordinate operational input to HQ projects.
Enhance own performance

Liaise with staff to receive, collate and analyse information, developing systems and compiling reports as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
Demonstrate experience of stakeholder management and implementing successful change projects, along with operational experience in a Probation setting.
Technical requirements
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject (or appropriate practical experience) and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Working Arrangements & Further Information
The MoJ offers Hybrid Working arrangements where business need allows. Standard full-time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding breaks. HMPPS welcomes part-time, flexible, and job-sharing working patterns.
