Business Support Coordinator Countywide Business Support Team
Part time position 22.5 hours per week. Working days Thursday and Friday with remaining day negotiable.

An opportunity has arisen to recruit an Business Support Coordinator for the Countywide Business Support Team, providing support to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team.
The DoLS team provide a Countywide service for people who are deprived of their liberty in a care home or hospital. The post-holder will assist in the smooth running of the service, but also work flexibly to support other areas of Countywide Services when needed.
This is an excellent opportunity to help shape future business support, making this an exciting time to join our service. We are looking for an administrator that is computer literate, with the ability to use a range of IT systems and packages to ensure a high level of accuracy with data collation and inputting.
You will be able to work well within a busy team, prioritise your work, demonstrate flexibility, and bring new ideas while thinking outside the box. Minute taking experience for meetings would be a core task of the role, however training will be provided. Possessing excellent communication skills is essential as you will be liaising with staff and Managers at all levels. This is a challenging, varied, and exciting role that requires you to multitask whilst working under pressure.

The contractual base is Invicta House, Maidstone, plus hybrid working.
