Elite Recruitment are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work part time for a highly reputable Legal company based in Wokingham. You will be a vital member of the front line team acting as first point of contact for clients (face to face and over the phone), where you will provide a consistent professional experience and excellent customer service. Receptionist (part time) duties required: You will ensure the smooth operation of reception by also supporting fee earners and administration staff within the company You will be responsible for ensuring all waiting clients and visitors receive a professional service and that client rooms are kept tidy and prepared for upcoming meetings You will perform reception duties such as answering telephone enquiries and respond to emails, process post and track all movements of documents This role will also see you carrying out data management and legal file administration. Essential Skills required for a Receptionist (part time): You will need to have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office software and preferably experience of working with a practice management system or large database.
