KS1 Teacher - Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure high educational outcomes
* Take on subject leadership responsibilities, such as Phonics or Early Literacy
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils to support their learning and development
* Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning strategies
* Support pupils with additional learning needs and create tailored learning goals
* Uphold the highest safeguarding standards at all times
KS1 Teacher - Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience teaching in a UK primary school
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Passionate about child development and high-quality education
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
* Ability to connect with a diverse school community - knowledge of a second language is an advantage
