As an established, growing company specialising in indoor air quality solutions, the role of Customer Service Agent is integral to the business and its ongoing success.
This award-winning company was established over 10 years ago, is fast expanding, and has a passion for driving growth. Enviably in the top 20 listing of 'The Top 100 UK SME Businesses', you will be part of a highly successful, friendly, forward-thinking team of 12.
Responsibilities:
1. Maximising the conversion of the service division opportunities.
2. Customer liaison - making outbound calls to convert quotations, re-engage existing customers for repeat business/services, and upsell brand new service plans.
3. Managing all opportunities on the company system by updating, converting, archiving, and explaining the benefits and advantages of the service team.
4. Scheduling engineers' time and rescheduling when necessary.
5. Ad-hoc admin tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a role that included outbound calls/customer liaison.
2. High level of IT proficiency in MS Office.
In return, the Customer Service Agent will receive a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus a bonus, incentive plan, pension, and career progression.
