Join our dynamic team and be an integral part of our factory's success! As a valued team member, you'll collaborate with various departments to bring our Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy to life, focusing on initiatives such as 6S, Gemba Walks, and Six Sigma Projects.
As an apprentice, you'll have the exciting opportunity to:
* Work towards achieving a L3 Improvement technician apprenticeship
* Undertake a minimum Yellow Belt Six Sigma Project
* Encouraged to aim for the Green Belt, coupled with Change Management Levels 1&2
* This role calls for a perfect blend of independence and teamwork
* You'll be responsible for gathering and analysing data
* Driving improvement projects in key areas such as OEE, Quality, Safety, and overall site performance KPIs
