Business Change Manger Hybrid (Occasional travel to site in Manchester) We are currently looking for 2 x Business Change Managers to join our prestigious clients Change function. You will lead on Business Change Initiatives or the Business Change activity of major Programmes and will ensure that change lands well and is adopted by the workforce. Key responsibilities in this role include: You will use the clients change management process and tools to develop best practice change plans, including a compelling vision, case for change, effective plan and ensure alignment and agreement by stakeholders Identify the gap between the current and future states, and conduct Change Impact Analysis to understand the impact of this change on the people affected. Asses the business's readiness for the change, and identify areas of focus and actions required Identify key stakeholder groups that need to be engaged with throughout the project. Develop and deliver clear stakeholder engagement plans, and build effective relationships with those stakeholders Design, deliver and management of communications associated with the change, liaising with communication experts where needed. Design and deliver training programs in conjunction with the Learning & Development teams This role would suit people who have: A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Previous experience of working as a Business Change Manager Experience with Cultural Change across large organisations Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Change management certification or designation an advantage If you are interested in discussing this opportunity further, please do not hesitate to call me on 0161 601 3346.
