We are looking for someone with ideally experience within the animal industry; however, this is not essential as your customer service skills are much more important as we are known for our outstanding service.
Your role will be to provide an exceptional service to our clients and their pets and be the welcoming face when they visit the practice. You must have a good understanding of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a willingness to learn new skills. Support for service developments and improvements is essential.
Excellent listening and communication skills are required for this role, and you must work well under pressure.
About the rota
This is a part-time permanent role working 20 hours per week over 2 days. You will work 1 Saturday morning in 3.
