SAS Rope and Rail Ltd is seeking a hands-on experienced Operations Coordinator to join our expanding Team. This role will report into the Operations Manager and is located at our Cardiff Office.

Salary: up to £27,000 DOE + 30 days holidays + pension + bonus scheme
Job Type: Full time, permanent, office based
Hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week (includes paid breaks)
Location: Cardiff CF5 6SU.

Role Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator at SAS, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and business support for the department.
* General office administration, answering the phone and dealing with queries.
* Responsible for the department fleet and booking of MOT, services etc.
* Completing all HSE office checks.
* Logging and processing of subcontractors PO, timesheets, hotel bookings etc.
* Logging employee timesheets, overtime and hotel bookings etc.
* Data entry and processing of information on the companies’ various portals.
* Raising of PO request forms and complying to process within the timeframe.
* All other administration and adhoc duties and support as required.
Requirements:
* HND certification or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years Administration experience
* Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Office including advanced excel
* Highly organised, accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, strategic and a multitasker
* Integrity to handle confidential information
* Previous experience in Rail or Construction is preferred but not compulsory.
