Job Title: Social Worker – Residential Children’s Homes
Location: Cardiff
Rate : £22.50 per hour overnight
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for Residential Workers for a Children’s Home in South Wales.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide individual care and ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children and young people in residential care. You will support positive outcomes, maintain accurate records, and implement safeguarding measures to protect children from harm. Additionally, you will meet health and safety requirements, work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals, and engage in continuous learning and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Care Wale registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. The successful candidate would be required to do both day and night shifts. Driving license and access to a car is essential. Pay rates start at £16 per hour and £22.50 per hour for over night.
