Home-based with regular travel across agreed delivery areas within Kent & Medway The Apprenticeships Adviser will: Travel across Kent and Medway to schools and colleges Deliver informative and engaging assemblies and workshops for students and parents. Share knowledge of apprenticeships and technical education pathways You will inspire and empower people to consider such options. Contract: Permanent, Part-time (22.2 hours per week) Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy travelling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities. You will routinely liaise with senior school/college staff to arrange and deliver student activities. While most activities will take place between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, travel before and after these times will be required. Occasional attendance at parents’ evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable. We would require you to work three days a week (22.2 hours) with a pro-rata holiday entitlement. You will have: Experience in delivering engaging presentations and workshops to a variety of audiences, including students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders Experience in coordinating and booking events, managing multiple tasks to meet targets and deadlines Demonstrable evidence of building and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and local partners to foster a supportive and collaborative environment A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
