The HR and OD Department at the University is going through a period of exciting but significant change, with the introduction of a new HRIS system (Oracle). This will enable us to build-in significant benefits to the HR and Payroll services, which support colleagues across the whole University. To support this implementation and continuous improvement, a new role of HR Compliance Lead has been created. In this role you will be one of our Oracle system experts, supporting, and developing our HR Compliance team to ensure that Oracle is working effectively and that our data is accurate and protected. The key aspect to the role requires you to ensure any changes in Oracle are accurate and conducted with the appropriate authority so that the integrity of our payroll is maintained.
