Your Responsibilities include:
* Implementing employee wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
* Develop and implement a robust HR strategy to support business growth.
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment.
* Coordinate training opportunities across the organisation.
* Implement and develop appraisal system and create training plans based on need.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices (including streamlining processes).
You will need:
* CIPD Level 7 qualified.
* Proven experience in a HR Leadership role.
* Previous experience of implementing people strategies.
* Strong employment law knowledge.
